A 25% deposit confirms your vehicle and locks the date. The balance is due on the day of service. Peak season dates — weddings, proms, NYE — fill quickly, so earlier is better.

For off-peak dates and weekdays, a few days to a week is often enough. Peak-season weekends — May through October — want at least three to four weeks. Prom Saturdays in May and June, wedding season, and New Year's Eve fill earliest, so for those dates six to eight weeks is the realistic minimum. If your date is flexible, earlier always gives you more choice from the fleet.
